Linda Menard has graciously invited us to have a pike party during the 09 Pike Derby. We can use their airstrip for parking. Thank you to the Menard family. We got a few nice pike out of Memory Lake this year and we hope to help out in reducing the population of Pike in this beautiful Lake. Public access is available : Schrock to Hebrides to Inverness.............MSB Day use park.

Parks to King Arthur to Castle left to the lake.

Comments: Prator Lake was first stocked by ADFG with coho salmon (SS) in 1971. Prator Lake is landlocked. Access is available through Castle Public Park. Other access at end of Ballyshannon Dr. received numerous complaints from landowners, so have discontinued its use. Northern pike were captured in fall sampling of 2000. Rainbow trout fingerling and coho fingerling stocking has been discontinued because of the pike. With only pike captured in 2005, Prator Lake is scheduled for only stocking 500 Arctic char catchables in 2008 and 2010.
