South Rolly Lake was first stocked by ADFG in 1971 with rainbow trout (RT) fingerling. Coho salmon (SS) fingerling were stocked in 1976-1977, 1979, and 1981-1982. RT fingerling were stocked from 1982-1993. South Rolly Lake has a small outlet creek (with a plastic mesh weir that may or may not be in place as several times it was run over by snow machines in winter) that connects into the Red Shirt Lake drainage. Flood conditions would allow RT into the Red Shirt Lake drainage, so sterile RT are stocked. Northern pike (NP) harvests have been reported through the SWHS since 1989. South Rolly Lake is within the NLSRA and has a large, summer use, campground. As a popular State campground exists at the lake, stocking of catchable rainbow trout was begun in 1997, as fingerling survival is none due to the pike infestations. SWHS shows good catches of rainbow trout, along with Northern Pike. Due to pike situation and shortage of catchables, this lake isn't scheduled for catchable stocking for 2008-2012.

Memory Lake was first stocked by ADFG with rainbow trout (RT) fingerling in 1974. Memory Lake is landlocked and a popular year round fishery. There is good parking at the lake, although there have been problems with the access gate being opened at the correct times. Northern pike are present in the lake. All stocking is catchable rainbow trout, king salmon and Arctic char so survival is good. Stocking is scheduled to resume with 3,895 rainbow trout catchables for 2008; and 5,225 for 2009-2012; and 2,000 catchable Chinook salmon in 2008-2012; and 400 catchable Arctic char in 2008, 2010, and 2012.
